Discover old and new gardens along winding paths into secret areas.
Gardens full of colour, ideas and inspirational plants.
Take time to enjoy the views, and absorb the uniquely tranquil atmosphere of the gardens.

Open daily 10am - 5pm Mid March - October
With the exception of Bank Holidays we are closed on Mondays.
Opening hours in March are weather permitting.
If you want to visit in October please ring before setting out.
We are happy to accommodate group bookings outside normal opening times

Bring a friend, bring a group, there is always something to enjoy
Regrettably parts of the gardens are unsuitable for wheelchairs

Birkheads is owned and run by Christine Liddle who is a professional garden designer, horticultural trainer and obsessive plantswoman!
